Users are responsible for keeping account credentials and workspace access under their control. Organization roles determine who can access organization-owned projects, media, brand assets, and billing settings.
Customers retain their rights in the videos, audio, captions, and brand assets they provide. The service needs limited rights to host, process, transcribe, render, and deliver that content in order to provide the requested workflow.
Plans, prices, billing intervals, processing allowances, export limits, watermark behavior, and brand preset limits are controlled by the production catalog and authenticated billing state. Do not treat a client-side selection as proof of entitlement.
Cancellation is intended to affect subscription access according to the billing state and should not imply immediate deletion of projects or brand data. Refund treatment is not finalized in this draft and is a launch blocker for paid marketing; do not infer a refund window from this page.
